Our site's registration form requires users to give us valid and accurate contact information (like your name and email address) and financial information (like your account or credit card numbers). The customer's contact information is used to contact the customer when necessary. All financial transactions are encrypted using secure sockets layer (SSL) during transmission and sensitive information is encrypted within our database.
Choice / Opt-out
Notifications related to purchase activity are generated as a result or registering for the site, or purchasing items. You cannot opt out of receiving notifications related to purchase activity; however, if you do not purchase items and your account balance is zero you will not receive any such notifications from this site.
We may, from time to time, send you certain notices, such as notices of a substantial change in the policies and/or operation of our site. These notices are sent extremely infrequently and cannot be opted out of other than by closing your account with us.

Return/Warranty
FurnitureClick conforms to the majority of our suppliers' return policies and all sales are final. Returns are not accepted by FurnitureClick. That said, we will gladly work with you to resolve issues resulting in damage that occurs during shipping/freight or that is the result of manufacturer defect.
For damages due to freight, note the damage on the freight bill or refuse to sign the bill of lading or delivery receipt. Contact Customer Service with the issue and we'll work to correct the problem.
For manufacturer's damage or defect, we will resolve, fix or repair to any damage or defect caused by the manufacturer.
Please notify Customer Service promptly of any quality concern or if a repair, return or replacement is needed. In seeking a resolution, you should remember:
FurnitureClick does not have control over conditions to which the merchandise is subjected after it leaves the factory. However, FurnitureClick will stand behind its manufacturer’s merchandise as to any damage or defect caused by the manufacturer. In such cases, FurnitureClick should be notified of any damage or defect promptly within 24 hours (next business day) UPON delivery of the merchandise. FurnitureClick will not accept defective claims on merchandise over one year after shipment.
FurnitureClick warrants to the customer that the merchandise will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. Please take into consideration in working with a wood product or stone that there may be slight variations or imperfections from piece to piece. FurnitureClick’s liability for defective goods is limited, at our option, to return, repair or the replacement of that merchandise at the original invoice price. FurnitureClick is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages for breach of warranty or otherwise. In the event of receiving damaged or defective merchandise, contact customer service to initiate a claim. Please be aware that certain documentation may be requested to process your claim such as images of the damaged/defective merchandise.
Prior to submitting your order please review the measurements and color of your selected merchandise. Please note color varies on different computer screens. Should you have any questions please contact customer service. All sales are final; returns are not accepted by FurnitureClick.
Additional Information
In the event that a FurnitureClick merchandise is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with other incorrect information, FurnitureClick reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for merchandise listed at the incorrect price or based on incorrect merchandise information. In addition, FurnitureClick is not responsible for any inability to fulfill orders due to reasons beyond our control, including, but not limited to, inability to obtain merchandise from manufacturers or distributors for any reason, backorders or discontinued merchandise. FurnitureClick reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, FurnitureClick shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged within 7-10 days.
